THE OWNER

Following tours consisted of Public Works Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Naval Security Group Activity Kunia, HI as project supervisor, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FIVE Port Hueneme, CA where he served in roles such as Project Supervisor., Combat Support Element LPO, and Embark Chief, and finally CBMU 202 Camp Lejeune, NC as Reserve Support Supervisor and Project Coordinator.  During his enlisted time in the Navy, he completed multiple deployments to locations such as Guam, Souda Bay, Crete, Okinawa, Kuwait, and Iraq.

In 2006, he was promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer and in 2007, he received a commission as a Limited Duty Officer in the Civil Engineer Corps.  Following tours consisted of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74 as Training/Intel Officer, Construction Battalion Maintenance Unit 303 as Readiness/Training and Communications Officer, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 26 as the Readiness/Training Officer and RSS, and 7th Naval Construction Regiment as the Readiness and Training Officer.  In 2014, he reported to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit FIVE as Maintenance/Facilities Officer. Now he is currently serving at CTF-75 in the operations department working expeditionary operations for Coastal Riverine Group, Naval Mobile Construction Battalion, Explosive Ordnance Disposal Unit Five, and other forces.


LCDR Lang is authorized to wear the Officer Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist insignia.  His personal awards include the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (five awards), Air Force Commendation Medal, Joint Service Achievement Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (two awards), and various unit and service awards.

LCDR Dennis Lang hails from Chicago, IL. and graduated from Putnam County High School in 1993 before enlisting in the U.S. Navy later that year. He completed his Associate's and Bachelor’s degrees, as well as his MBA. Upon completion of Recruit Training Center and Equipment Operator “A” school in April 1994, he reported to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133 in Gulfport, MS for his first assignment.
